From illness to insight

I’ve always had a fascination with the spirit realm and, in my desperation, I turned to them for help. I kept showing up and knocking on that door: in meditation, through being present, walking in nature, sitting in silence, and calling on my loved ones in Spirit. Soon, I started to notice their subtle answers.

 

At the same time, I became like a spiritual sponge, taking every learning opportunity and trying every healing technique that resonated with me (and several that didn't...you live and learn!).

 

Slowly, and through my experiences, I learned to trust that I’m part of something much larger. My unfoldment became an act of self-discovery: listening to my body, honouring my limits, tending to my energy and, most importantly, discovering that connecting with the spirit realm is an innate human capability available to us all – and not an exclusive gift as I had once believed.

Learning to listen

​I still have flare-ups from time to time, and perhaps I always will. And that's OK. I've found a way to work in-tune with my body and my soul, moving through the ebb and flow of life with curiosity and compassion. I have also learned to accept that I am fine just as I am in each present moment. I believe that the crisis I experienced was a kick up the backside from my spirit team to set me on this path and into alignment with my soul’s purpose. The journey so far has been hard, humbling, and utterly transformative.

How I can help

 

I’ve trained intensively for several years in mediumship and energy work. So many generous teachers and fellow travellers showed up along the way – mentors, tutors, healers, therapists, and more. Now I’m ready to share my skills and experience to help others, too.

​

​I let the higher realms lead the way in all of my sessions, yet my work is deeply grounded in this reality. I firmly believe that we're here to be human and experience all that life has to offer, and that the spirit world is available and willing to support us on our paths.​

​

I offer evidential mediumship readings, intuitive card readings, and energy healing sessions to support people who want to:

​

• Reconnect with loved ones in the spirit world,

• Receive clear, compassionate insight about their path, and

• Align their energy with the person they’re becoming.

 

I’m still growing, still unfolding, still awestruck by this work every day, and I hope that never changes. I look forward to meeting the beautiful souls who feel drawn to work with me.
